Mr. Yang started his career in 1990 with the Ministry of Commerce of China where he served as senior interpreter to the ministers and senior government leaders until 1994. From 1997 to 2000, he worked for the premier management consulting firm, PWC, at its Philadelphia, USA; Beijing and Guangzhou, China offices as a manager in the ERP and Supply Chain Management field. Mr. Yang then co-founded the leading logistics IT and outsourcing consulting firm egistics Corporation where he served as a VP and director until 2004. He was also Chairman of Cybersky Technologies, a leading imaging SI company in China which was sold to a large IT service company in 2005. He was co-founder and SVP of the China Data Group from 2005 to 2006.
Mr. Yang holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of International Business and Economics from Beijing, China and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
