Xiaoning Xia joined AIF Capital in 1995. His focus areas include traditional buy-out, SOE restructuring, distressed assets and venture investing. Dr. Xia joined the Asian Development Bank as a Young Professional in 1989. He was extensively involved in many projects in power, industrial and financial sectors in Asia including China, India, Nepal, Laos, the Philippines and Pakistan. Dr. Xia holds a BS degree in Electric Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and a Doctorate Degree in management from University of Paris Dauphine. He also graduated from French business school ESSEC. He is a CFA charter holder.
