Mr. Au, a founding partner of Latitude Capital Group, is based in the Firm's Hong Kong office. Mr. Au is responsible for managing all aspects of deal origination and execution for the Firm¡¯s Advisory Group and focuses on the Firm¡¯s Technology, General Industries and Healthcare practices. Mr. Au has extensive transaction experience and has successfully led transactions in the online search, mobile services, online gaming, telecom equipment, consumer packaging, fire & security, industrial controls, industrial cleaning, healthcare distribution, drug discovery and logistics sectors. Prior to founding Latitude, Mr. Au worked at Lehman Brothers as Head of Media Investment Banking in Greater China. He began his career with Lehman in New York in 1992 working in the Industrial/LBO investment banking team before moving to the firm¡¯s Hong Kong office in 1994 as a member of the Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) investment banking team. Mr. Au holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Columbia University.
